What to know before you start here
Holiday rentals
Tourist lets in the Valencian Community must be registered with the regional tourism register, and since July 2025 short-term rentals also need a national registration number to advertise on platforms.
Bars, shops and offices
Opening premises needs an activity licence or responsible declaration from the town hall. We check the requirements of your municipality before you sign a lease.
Hiring staff
Seasonal peaks are common on the coast. We register you as an employer with Social Security and set up payroll from the first contract.
